What Documents to Submit/Upload for Upper Secondary School Education?

• West African Senior School Certificate issued by The West African Examinations Council (in original language) OR Senior School Certificate issued by National Examinations Council-NECO (in original language)

• Transcript of Records of upper secondary school (in original language)

• Translation of Senior School Certificate and Transcripts to Italian

• Scratch Card for WAEC or NECO

CIMEA will then verify all the education documents with the relevant Institution that issued your final qualification in your country.

What Documents to Submit/Upload for Higher Education?

• Diploma / Degree / Provisional Certificate in original language

• Transcript / Academic Record in original language

• Translation of above documents to Italian

CIMEA will then verify all the education documents with the relevant Institution that issued your final qualification in your country.

How long does it take to release my Statement?

The basic timeline for the processing of all CIMEA Statements is 60 working days from the time your document is accepted by CIMEA. The cost for comparability and verification service is 350 euros.
